Need help! - Heating Failed - PRINTER HALTED - Please Reset.

Hey, I need help again!

So I was printing and had to kill the print, the thing is that the fan turned off with the killing and I didn't realize until later. When I realized the top part of the extruder was hot and the filament jammed. So I turned the heat off, waited till it was cold and took the extractor off from the machine. The thing is that to un jam it I need to heat it. Because I can't take out the nozzle with the plastic melted inside. (sorry if it doesn't understand well, I don't really know all the technical names of the parts)

But here comes the problem:

When I try to heat the nozzle, the lcd screen shows that it's not heating and in a few seconds sent the message:
"Printing Failed
PRINTER HALTED
Please Reset"

I tried a few times again and again but its always the same.

Can someone help me with this?

DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU HAD TO HAVE THE PRINTER PLUGGED IN TO BE ABLE TO HEAT IT? HAHAHAHA

I feel like such a stupid I forgot that I had unplugged it.
