Hi Friend,

I have REPRAP PCB HEATBED 200X300MM and thermal insulator.

Now i use DUE + Radds + Repetier firmware. Have a 2 PSU. One of them for Radds (12V 350W) another for heatbed and E3D V6 supply (12V 400W)

I don't have a problem with hotend heating time. but i have a problem heatbed heating time. I wait for only 70 centigrade approximately 45 minutes. And i can't saw after 1 hour to 100 centigrade. After 1 hour only 78 centigrade. What can i do for this problem?

They can saw the Repetier Host graphical temp on attachment.

Check the wiring of your bed, some have dual settings for 12 and 24 volts and yours might be set for 24 or if dual coil heater maybe only one is working.

Make sure any terminals for cables are screwed down well, if they are loose they won't let much voltage through.

If you soldered the wires to the heat bed with a 25w soldering iron they may have dry joints as the aluminium sets solder near-instantly if it's not hot enough. If you have a multimeter try to measure the resistance between pad and wire.
