Hi,

I have been using 0.4 nozzle for a long time and everything was fine until I changed the nozzle to 0.3. It seems that the same Slic3r configuration doesn't work well with this nozzle because I get gaps between perimeters and infills. What is the cause of this problem and how I can fix it?

Increasing the extrusion multiplier may fix it.

increase overlap to 20% and slow down speeds on the solid layers

For gaps between perimeter lines just increase or decrease the thickness of it, just multiple the extrusion width by number of perimeter lines you want. For a 0.4 nozzle normal extrusion is 0.48 so 0.48 X 3 perimeters lines makes 1.44 thick shell or wall.
