Funny noise from motors or something? Short 5 second video

Hello guys, sorry this is my 3rd post in 2 days. I think I have most of my firmware settings back to working configuration, although I am now getting a weird noise just after it homes back to 0,0,0. Ive included a link to a 5-second video on youtube.

What is happening?

The max feedrate is too high for the z axis.

If you're using Marlin, find this line:
#define DEFAULT_MAX_FEEDRATE {300, 300, 5, 25} // (mm/sec)

and change the 5 to 4 or 3.
