Shifting of printing layers
June 09, 2016 08:47AM
Hi,
I am using HE3d printer I3, with repetier host v1.6.1, Arduino1.0.2 (win) and Slic3r as softwares.
Now after calibration(tried options like x, y, z extruder calibration, current settings etc ) while printing the print layers shifts after printing the first layer. This can be viewed in the attached images.
Kindly guide us in this regard to resolve it.

Thanks in advance
Ravi

Check the motor driver voltage.
Too high and the motors will overheat and shut down, too low and they skip steps.

Additionally to what Floyd said, check pulleys lock bolt and belts tension.

Hi there as per your suggestions, we checked the motors and tightness of the belts thy are fine i think. Now as in trying out with pollulo drivers z axis is not moving. I think its problem with current but what should be the value of current/ voltage of x y z motors ??? so that they ll not skip the steps. We are unable to identify now what may be the problem kindly help me in this regards

check also your speed and accelaration settings, they maybe to high.
