my setup
QU-BD one up
ramps 1.4
repetier 1.6

i just setup my one up in repetier 1.6 and was trying to make sure every thing works right before a test print.
all the steppers work fine. the fans work. the themister works and shows temp. as soon as i turn on the extruder hot end nothing?.

i have in fact found out that i have a defective ramps board so case closed!!!!!!

Ah, well done. What was wrong with it? I was a bit stumped by all three outputs not working - couldn't really think of anything to suggest.
