problem with sticking to the bed

I got a prusa printer it is my first. I cannot find right setup for the first layer to stick

I am using pla filament, it did not work on the blue painters take.

so I am printing on the original bed, with 100C for the bed and 230C for the first layer

then I drop it to 80C and 210C

I got it leveled about 0.2 mm from the bed

It stick sometimes but gets loose in most cases,

I heard that glass is the best to print on ?

Printing PLA too hot on both bed and hotend. 70 at the most for the bed and 195 for the hotend, level the nozzle at 0.1 to the bed, get a glass and use elmers purple stick.
