Bad quality

Hi
I user Reprap i3 and most of the time I see extra filament beside each layer .
I attached a sample picture.
Do you have any idea why this happen ?

maybe over extrusion, change you extrusion %.

Did you calibrate your extrusion?
Did you perform test to confirm it is correct?

Hy guys!

We have a little problem with printing, when we print little things and the head has to jump more times. See this picture, it looks like a spider web. Could you please give me any advise, how could we fix the quality?
We are using PLA filament with Prusa i3.

Our settings with CURA:

Bed temperature: 55°C
Nozzle temperature: 210°C
Retrection speed: 120mm/s
Retraction distance: 1.8 mm

Nozzle temperature is too high (causes spider webs), retraction speed is too high- try a number closer to 30 mm/sec...
