Startup Problem: Printer is not online

Please help?
I spent the whole of Sunday, everything checked and found no error in my "Ormerod 2 (528) of RepRapPro.
I start the Pronterface, stick to the printer and click Connect. Then come Temperature numbers 20.4,20.4,20.4 ... After 2 minutes, I press "Get Pos", the message "Printer is not online". I repeated the process and also stuck to the PC and then opened the Pronterfache. Unfortunately, the same error.
What can I do ????
Connector & Cable all controlled board lights 2 LED red. If the Y-axis at the stop lights >> only 1 LED, looks ok. What else should I do?
The plant is connected only with USB and still without power 230V

You might want to try again with power to the printer first

In Repetier, I had to change my "Baudrate" from 250000 to 115200.
