Layer Height Issue

I'm being printing for awhile but I mostly only print at a 0.1 layer height because anything higher, I get layer separation.
does anyone ave any ideas?
I've calibrated my extruder and temp already.

Could it be my z-height that needs calibration? confused smiley

My nozzle is a .4mm

Probably calibration of the Z axis.
I print .2 and .3 layers with my .4mm nozzle

Is there an easy way to calibrate the z axis? I haven't seen much online about it.

G1 Z100 and measure how high it ends up. Assuming a screw driven Z axis the only reason for it to deviate significantly from what you calculated is if the micro-stepping isn't correctly configured.
