Have you tried different filaments or just one brand (impurities)? Dust going to the hot end with the filament can cause blobs.

I have tried different filament, the problem is still there so i don't think impurities are problem.

You just have retraction issues that's all.
Every time you start a new outside run it will leave these little blobs.
For simple designs like the one in your pic you actually don't need retraction at all winking smiley
Might be worth a try....

Koby,

I've gone ahead and published the guide Retraction Tuning With Slic3r on the Tutorials --> Slic3r Tutorials Wiki page.

I'm quite familiar with ways of doing all this by inserting gcode, but not for all of this for all firmware. As always, if I've made an error, please let me know.

Hope that helps!
