Your cooling fan may be set too high. If PLA cools too quickly it curls upward and corners are more susceptible to this. If you have it at 100% try 60% then 50....

is it not ABS cools too quickly it curls upward tmorris9, the quicker I cool my PLA print the better they come out, but abs I print with no fan most of the time, the slower they cool the better

I had a similar problem years ago printing PLA, came here and someone told me to turn my fan down as it 'was' cooling it too quickly, turned the fan down and it solved my issue 100%. Just passing on wisdom I learned here. If your fan pushes enough air PLA can indeed cool too quick. Maybe not on your machine but it did on mine. And it might on the OPS.

The person that told me that started out by saying "it might sound counter intuitive but...".

thats weird,

anyway I too have a folger crap prusa i3 as OP and I also use a genuine e3d v6 hotend, the difference is I use gear extruder on bowden and OP has a flexi drive

Hey,

Printing small (single)objects will always cause problems.
I had the same problem, cooling the part will solve that problem, although not for very small objects.
And btw I also print at a high speeds. I fall asleep printing at 30 or 50 mm/s...grinning smiley
