Bed rising during printing.

Bed rising during printing.

I used translate.
=================
I made printer.
It has problem.
start print! (from sdcard)
printing...
printing....
everything ok.
but!!!
suddenly!!!! bed rising during printing.
It is very fatal.




I confirm g-code.
other printer it has no problem with same gcode.
.
I trid.
change mega2560
change lcd cable.(long to short)
change SDCARD(sdhc to nomal)
.
but still has problem.
Who had the same problem, please help.

The bed isn't rising, the print is curling and peeling the tape off the bed.
What material are you printing with? What are the nozzle and bed temperatures?
Maybe the tape is the biggest problem- it looks like its adhesive isn't up to the task. Most people use blue painter's tape- the adhesive isn't the same as the brown stuff. Try blue...

I see masking tape in the first couple pictures- what is on the bed in the last two pictures?

first picture. has two problem.
1. Poor adhesion.
and rise bed.

3rd picture.. adhesive ok. but bed rise.

4th picture..
bed rise.
so Kapton tape was torn.

Your heat bed on z axis. You sure the z motors steps are correct?

Check the dir pin of the z-driver. It might cause the z-stepper to change direction in the middle of a print.
It is probably a bad solder contact.

I changed ramps and step driver.
now works good.
