Hi,
I have been experiencing wobbles in my print and it has gotten worse now. If you look at the picture of the test print, you can see that there is a roughness in the front of the print as well. The top round part seems to be OK and does not have any wobbles. The back does not have any roughness either. Any advice to fix it gis would be great.

I had problems with my Prusa i3, too. It would loose registry on the Y axis. I solved it by replacing the plastic Y axis carriage plate. This smoothed our the stumbling Y axis. I had to make some spacers to lift the plate over the stepper motor end of the printer. Search Amazon for the plate.

Z wobble usualy is the cause of non straight threaded z rods.

You can try sourcing straighter rods, try straightening them or print a part that will decouple the z wobble from the x carriage:
