as in photo starts from secand layer first layer perfect get solid lines then get dotted rough lines does so many solid then so many dotted over again till the end of the layer

using pla 207degree simplify 3d 30% infill 1 perimeter prusa i3

its also done dotted lines not solid at all on the perimeters as of the 3rd layer

e3d v6 0.4 nozzel all clean fan on heatsink powered direct to power supply

Have you calibrated your extruder so it extrudes 100 mm of filament when you tell it to? I agree. You look like you are under extruding.

The first layer seems to be underextruding but I'd fix the irregular extruding problem first. Does the extruder run smoothly or intermittently, with pauses? Check motor current, extruder idler too tight or not tight enough, is the filament spool running freely? Is the hot end temperature indicated correct? Check with a thermo couple or try a print temperature 10 degreez higher and lower. Is the filament slipping? Is the hobbed bolt clean? Are the teeth deep enough, is it properly aligned with the ikament feed? Is the stepstick chip overheating? Is the extruder motor making skipping noises?
