Good prints gone bad

Hi to all, my prusa i3 start acting really weird lately. Prints are ok but finish is bad, it looks like under extrusion but always in same pattern. I try to increase and decrease my e steps but always with same result... I hope someone can help me.

either your infill is too low or you are not using enough solid top layers.

Could be backlash in the x or y belt. Tighten it and see if the problem is reduced/gone.

On pictures i provide my infill was 15% and 2 perimeters and 2 top layers, i try to increase my perimeters and solid layers to 4 and 30% infill and it looks much better but problem is steel there... I think problem could be in crappy Chinese bearings what do you think could that be the reason ?
