Kossel 2020 extruder issue??

Goodmornin fourm!! Finally after about a year i basically have my 3d printer working in the aspect that it will only dry print. I need some expertise on 2 on going issues ive encountered. The first and foremost issue is my extruder not wanting to move any of my material into the nozzel to print. The gears simply dont move unless you do a manual control of some sort. Also! For some reason one of my towers always bottoms out no matter what when i run it close to the edge of the print area. So instead of a 76mm print surface im around 67mm of print surface! If anyone knows how to fix these issues please help me out!!

I haven't had a Delta so I couldn't be of much help with the print height, on my prusa i3 I gained more height after a hotend upgrade

as for the feed, have you check for the tension on gear and filament?

Try asking on the Delta printer section of this forum, and state what electronics and firmware you are using.
