Small print with repetier

Hi all
Am having much trouble with my prints using repetier Version 1.5.4, tryed to print a part that should be 70 X 20 mm and end up with
the print being 10 X 5 mm. Using a Prusa 1.5 printer and X and Y calibration seem ok in that if i move 10 mm it measures 10 mm, at this point Im at a loss as to the problem
also if I use Repetier to scale a part up when I print it end up with the original part size.
Hope someone might have a idea as to what might be wrong.

Does this happen with everything you attempt to print or just this item? Are your printer settings correct within repetier? I would also try slicing with Slice3r and using pronterface as a host.

Thanks for the reply and yes it only happens with a few parts that Im trying to print, yes my printer setting are correct and Ive tried slic3r and cura as sliceing and get the same results.
