Solid white screen and orange light

Got a solid white screen on the display
Orange lights appearing on the circuit board. Tx and Rx

I've had it working whilst I was plugging everything together, I think I may of wiped the firmware, whilst I was moving the board but I'm not sure

Can anyone help please?

You can help by providing details....
And are you saying you play with the connections while all is powered up? Something tells me that is not really a good idea in most cases.

Make sure the right board is selected in the IDE. A blank screen usually means that the sketch gets uploaded, but then nothing works at all.
