I am currently running the firmware Marlin and would like to set up auto leveling.
When homing, I have configured it so the X axis homes to the minimum position and the Y to the maximum as this is the only position in which I can fit my endstops. In the firmware I have set the 'Y_HOME_DIR' to 1 so when I home it all works fine and the Y axis homes to the maximum position. Also on Repetier host it tells me that my extruder position is X0(minimum position) Y200(maximum position) which all seems well.
When i run the G29 command following the G28, it is not recognised that the Y position is in its maximum and proceeds as if the Y position is at the minimum(Y0).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
