Calibration Piece Analysis

Hello,

I am currently testing my new machine. It's a prusa I3 derivative using steel 7x7 wire and a spool as drive mechanism.

I went ahead and printed this calibration peice:

http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:704409

And obtain the folowing
cell 1 cell 2
cell 3

Settings

1.75mm Gold colored PLA-PHA from colorfabb.
Cura Engine
0.2mm layer height
0.4mm Nozzle ( MakerBot Mk8 style)
76mm/s infill speed
76mm/s inner perimeter speed
40mm/s outer perimeter speed
1.75mm filament seting
Extrusion multiplier of 1
30% infill
Direct Drive using MK8 gear ( 7mm drive gear )
Extruder -- 148 steps per mm
Cooling : Blower fan concentrated at Nozzle
Print temperaure : 210 C
Firmware : Marlin

I get some strange gaps between some features I'm having trouble explaining and a few artifact here and there.

I though sharing this could help me have some more insight into what to tweek.

Cheers

------EDIT-------

Once removed I was able fir the M4 nut in the corresponding hole with the help of pliers and maybe a bit to much force. It is a very tight fit.

Wow, i've printed this calibration piece several times and you have some great looking bridging! I notice right away you have it set to 2 perimeters, try 1 instead, will help with the spacing between threads along the squiggly line. Otherwise this is a seriously good looking print. 210C sounds a little high but if it works, it works.
