Here are three pieces printed separately that exhibit the same odd behavior.

holes in the layers at the same spot...identically...

Thoughts?




Repetier host, .2mm layer height, Cura slicing.

Either reduce the retraction value in the slicer or increase extruder acceleration value and lower jerk in firmware.

If you mean the gaps between layers, then most likely either you are under-extruding, or you are printing ABS and there is a draught around the nozzle.
