Y Axis Slipping ... Need advise

Morning Everyone,

I have a problem with my 2nd Prusa i3. Y axis seems slipping while printing. and it occurs on small faces. and it kills me moody smiley Btw sometimes i also got really nice printings. But on some models it is slipping sad smiley

The things i've tried.

1- I reduced acceleration (mm/s^2) on marlin firmware , it helped a bit but still problem goes on.
2- Belt is tight. i dont think it is because of belt.
3- Increasing the Pot. on Y Motor Driver. But when i increase it to solve the slipping problem, the Y motor is making a little noise, and it makes me uncomfortable smiling smiley

any advises ? Should i increase it, and ignore the noise ?
