Attached is a picture of an infill problem I have been having. I have changed every setting in Cura I can find to solve this with no solution. I have changed Nozzle size, Shell, Layer, Fill (even the overlap %) and cannot solve this problem. Hope you can help.

Are you talking about that gap between the infill and the shell? Is this happening on different models or specifically this one?

Yes, We modified this model and the gap changed to he top edge and the shell was not attached to the infill. It is happening on this one, but I have the problem on other models also. It is never on the same edge.

Cura (and Slic3r) sometimes create gcode files with missing bits.

Try rotating it when slicing . . .
