Hotend stops extruding while printing

Hello Friends,
I am a beginner for reprap. I made a diy 3d printer.Which specs as follow,

Board:- RAMPS 1.4 with pololulu motor shields
Firmware :- Marlin
Hotend :- Geeetech upgraded single head MK8 extruder Print Head
Heatbed :-Geeetech hotbed heated bed PCB MK2a
Host :- Repertier Host
Slicer :- slic3r
Filament:- 1.75 mm ABS

I have configured each and every settings according to the instructions experts here. I have printed 3D parts easily.
But unfortunately while I am printing suddenly the extruder stops extruding filament. So I checked that nozzle is clogged.I removed the nozzle and clean nozzle with acetone.
I fixed the hot-end again and manually checked whether the filament is extruding. And It was working like charm.
But If I am going to print something extruding completely stops and nozzle is clogging.
I have checked all the extruder settings.Nothing have being changed.
Now I cant print anything.filament extrudes in manual but not while printing.

Please Help me What should I do now ?

Thanks

what temps are you using for hot end and hot bed?

what hot end are you using? (picture would help)

have you calibrated your current on your ramps board? try turning it up a little?

with more information we can help ;-)

Hi thanks lunarkingdom.

As for my ABS filament they recommend first layer to be 230C0.So I use 230 as hotend temperature.
Heatbed is 110C0.
My hot end is mk8 extruder as follows

Regarding the increasing the current, sorry I have not done it for extruder motor.I will now do it and let you guys know.

Thanks a lot. smiling smiley
