Hole dimensions are inaccurate

Hello,

I made my first 3d printer. I made x, y, z and extruder calibration. The problem is when i print a material which have holes on it, hole diameter is smaller than the original size. What can be the problem? I use repetier host and marlin firmware, Slic3r for slicer.

There are a lot of reasons for this, many of which are outlined in the Slic3r manual at [manual.slic3r.org] . Correct the listed issues you can correct. If you still need tighter tolerances you may need to compensate your STLs or be willing to fettle the holes.

This is a common problem with 3D printers, caused by the action of the hot end pulling the filament toward the center of the hole as it creates the perimeter. The rule of thumb is that the maximum number of vertices of the circle should be twice the diameter of the circle in mm (so 6 vertices for a 3mm circle).
