extra settings Cura Engine

Hello folks.
I'm trying to migrate from Slic3r to Cura because of some problems during slicing and with support. As I already knew, Cura doesn't have all the settings as Slic3r does, but I'm wondering if there is a work arround to the problem shown in the image below.
As you can see the Slic3r does a much better print (specially with small pieces) due to those extra settings. The default stuff is exactly the same in both programs apart from the default extrusion widht and perimeter width that I couldn't find in Cura.
So the question is, is there a way to set the default extrusion widht and perimeter width in Cura?
