Starting print heating problemconfused smiley

Hi folks -
Experiencing a weird problem that just started happening.
My printer is a self built Prusa I3 - Rework, Ulti-controller clone, and Cura software.
For months this setup has been working great.

Problem now: I load in the SD card and select my desired file to print.
The programmed Hotend temp is displayed as "0" instead of the temp I programmed.
This seems to repeat a lot now and is hard to get a print started. Not sure where to start troubleshooting.
I've tried Slic3r instead but the same result.

Any thoughts fellow printheads??

JD

Take a look at the gcode file and look for M140 or M190 (these set the heat bed temperature). This will tell you whether the problem's with your slicing software or your printer's firmware. An M140 or M190 instruction to set the heat bed temperature to 0 indicates an issue with the slicing software settings.
