Spiders webs between pieces

Hi,

I am using an ormerod 2 and when I print pieces with gaps or separate pieces with some space in between them I get spiders webs of pla between them, not every time but every now and then. Its not a big deal cause I can pull them off and sand the edges but I wondered if there was a possible easy remedy to this?

I think that if you enlarge your retraction setting in tiny increments, you might be able to solve this webbing.

I had a similar issue with my Ormerod 1. I fixed it by increasing retraction to 4mm in slic3r and reducing the head temperature. For PLA I now use 195C for the first layer and 185C for the rest.
