So I flashed my gen 6 board finally and I have an issue. The Y axis homes in the wrong direction and so does the z axis. Not only that but the extruder motor refuses to run manually but when I swap it with another axis motor it will turn. How do I change this is configuration H to get my Mendel rep rap properly working.
