tricolor mendel- the extra nozzles are

i have recently purchaced a tricolor mendel and for some time i have operated it as a mono to get more familiar with it...

Yesterday i connected the two extra nozzles and the feeding motors on the slave controller and everything looks ok

i connect to the slave via usb i get correct readings for temperature
but for the next step when i connect the slave with the master controller and run the pronterface i get reading for the t1 and t2 is -197 degrees more or less
and when i command the nozzles t1 and t2 to heat up nothing happens....

tomorrow i will update the master mezli's firmware to see if there is a problem there....


if there is any suggestion i will be very happy to try...

I am having the same issue, did you manage to solve it?

I searched a bit better and followed the instruction in the documentation and everything worked like a charm... i do not remember exactly but i think it was just a matter of reseting the master board... but for the solution for my problem was in these instructions....
