ABS Small Object Problem(SOLVED)
January 04, 2015 05:14PM
Hello Everyone,

I have a problem with small marvin keyring object. I have been trying many setups, but none of them didn't work yet.

As you can see the pictures, some layers are going up, so it causes bad part.

I'm using esun ABS Black

100micron layer height

5 perimeters

%25 infill

20mm/s print speed

230degree hot end temperature, 100 degree bed temperature

I tried both slic3r and cura. Cura seems to be good. I have been searching the problem but i didn't find similar like that. I quess there is sagging problem, Am i wrong?

Thank you for any suggestions.

Quite hard to make from ABS. Hand drawn support structure or the Cura support for overhangs etc. could help. I have done support structures to sphere like objects: [thingiverse-production.s3.amazonaws.com]
