20x20x10 slight dimension problem

As part of my calibration (following the wiki) the 20x20x10 Is coming out 19.98x19.87x9.92

The X I probably can't correct a 0.02 margin, even the Z I'd imagine is tricky but any suggestions?

This helped me before..

But before you do anything, tighten your belts well, it will fix the problem for X and Y. Test again, if still got different dimensions then use the video.
