Layers issue? - Pls Help

Good day all

Did my 1st test print and some reading on the wiki. Bought a I3 Prusa: [www.3dprintingstore.co.za]
0.4 nozzle 1.75 filament - printing abs on 110 bed and 240 extruder temperature. I have imported a prusa.ini config file to repetier-host sli3er that came with the printer. Layer height = 0.3 etc.
If you look at the tiny bunny - both rear legs/butt and back are nice and smooth, but underneath his tail and just above his front feet to his chin is rough layers and the bottom aswell.
Any ideas what should be changed - maybe layer height/thickness?

Hi,
those are overhangs.
You cannot make it to pull them off much better than that.
Using support material could help and then you need to do some post processing and cleaning up
Read up on overhangs if you haven't
