I have been using Simplify3D for 4 months but I am having a few issues with it and right now I need to switch back to Slic3r (latest version) and I am using the .ini file provided with my TAZ 4 (medium ABS setting for this part).
Supposedly this setting should be optimized for the TAZ 4 I am using. In the photo attached you can see a print from Simplify3D on the left and Slic3r on the right, notice the wavy outer shell on the slic3r one, that is what I need to cure right now (there is also a slight seem visible I would like to cure).
The machine is fairly new still and all belts are tight. It's a .35mm nozzle printing at .22mm height 1 outer perimeter and 100% infill (these 2 are needed for maximum strength). The waves are there with more perimeters and less infill. Printed at 235c
As I mentioned I am using the settings provided by Lulzbot, the only thing I changed is the actual diameter of the filament (2.85mm) and the infill, I also bumbed the heat up 5c.
Any help would be greatly appeciated.
