Please help, my friend and I have been building a Prusa Mendel for about a year and a half now and we are stuck.
We have tested all the motors with the coding found at: [
reprap.org]
This test code resulted in all motors functioning unanimously.
However, when we try to test the motors through pronterface with the actual code for running the printer the motors just hum and barely spin if at all. I have attempted to adjust the A4988 chips with absolutely no effect.
Any help or possible hints would be much appreciated.
