Printing with Arnitel AKA Flexible Polyester

I bought some 3mm FPE Natural Filament from plastic2print and I'm having a devil of job getting it to print. I believe this is actually Arnitel, but a confirmation would be appreciated.

I've got a Lulzbot Taz4 with a Flexystuder, so extrusion works fine, but it will not stick to anything. I've tries the PET-coated glass bed, Tufnol/Garolite, blue tape, kapton tape, and PritStik. The first few layers stay down just about, although they are not tight, then the (awful) warp kicks in and lifts the edges of the bed mercilessly. It's far worse than nylon, which was already hard enough.

I'm printing with recommended settings: 210 degrees and a warm bed super slow (20mm/s).

Anyone had any luck with this filament?

Plain glass, purple glue stick from Elmer's and lower your first layer height to at least 75% of layer height, but the most important thing is to be sure you level your built plate to 0.1mm all around.
