Mini Kossel, First layer head crash! confused smiley confused smiley confused smiley

Hi guys,
It's about 2 month i'm trying to solve a problem with my mini kossel: during the first layer on the perpendicular of the Z tower the head is too high under the tower (the filament doesn't stick or doesn't stick enough) and on the opposite side, the head "crashes" in the bed, scratching the kapton tape and jamming the extruder without extruding material.

I tried to play with the hardware and the software without success. the belt are well tensioned, the endstops are under 1mm of difference each other, the DELTA_RADIUS is set correctly for a flat plane of movement. I also runned an auto-calibration (Command: G30 A) from RichCattell's firmware. The calibration run correctly: it adjust the endstops, the radius and the rod lenght, ending with all the 7 point within 0.015mm. Sometimes it take only few iterations, sometimes it runs out of tries (more than 100 iteration). When everything goes well i issue a M500 Command and store everything in the EEPROM. Also when I run the G29 command the report is (more or less) as aspected:

-0.010 -0.010 -0.010 -0.020 -0.030 -0.030 -0.030
0.010 0.010 -0.020 -0.050 -0.040 -0.040 -0.040
-0.030 -0.010 -0.020 -0.030 -0.040 -0.050 -0.040
-0.030 -0.050 -0.030 -0.030 -0.020 -0.020 0.030
-0.020 0.020 0.020 -0.020 -0.040 -0.050 0.010
0.040 0.040 0.010 -0.030 -0.040 -0.040 -0.040
0.020 0.020 0.020 -0.020 -0.030 -0.030 -0.030

Then i manually checked some points (with the paper test) and I notice that:

X0 Y-50 => Z=0.40
X0 Y50 => Z<0

X0 Y0 => Z=0.2

X50 Y0 => Z=0.1
X-50 Y0 => Z<0

then if i run again a G28 and a G29 command it reports strange numbers but that agrees with my manual measurements.

Why this is happening? it forget how it's made?

Can someone help me please?
Thanks to everyone!

PS: this is the G29 command of how i need the bed to be for a pretty leveled first layer (but still crashing):
