HIPS - big hollow object

I am trying to print big hollow object (1 layer but not vase mode). It is airplane cowl - 15cm high, 16cm diameter.

With ABS I am printing without problem if I split part to 3 subparts. If I don't do it , it will make problem in 10cm from bottom during cooling (makes warps on part).

I found info that HIPS should be less problematic with this stuff so I tries couple of prints and it warps even sooner :-(

From mechanical standpoint is HIPS good enough, maybe even better than ABS as it is more easier to sand. But it have serious problems with changing shape during print.

Printing on ABS juice, layer 0.3, nozzle 0.5, speed 80mm/s, bed temp 100C, extruder temp 235 for first layer, 225 for rest of. Fan is always on (it looks that HIPS have longer stage when is soft) with fan speed min 50/max 100.

I am not sure what is better in this case for warp prevention - lower speed and maybe even more fan vs higher speed and no fan or something between ?
