Overhang bends upwards ?

Hi,

I have an issue where overhang bends upwards ?

It is only when the overhang is narrow, like the chin of totodile in the image.

If the overhang cools before the next layer, it will after some time, break the print off the bed.

I print with t-glase, 212 degrees, 0.5mm nozzle, 0.25 layer.

Thanks,

Walther, I have seen this problem with some of my prints. For me I think I have identified the problem. Maybe it is yours too. This occurs because the spot where the layer curves upward is where the print starts the current loop. On the first layer there may be a small blob where the print begins. If this is large enough it may cause these blobs in each layer to build up and cause the layer to curve upward when it reaches this spot.

Hope this helps. Again this is just what I see on my prints. It may be some other problem on your prints.

T-glase does that, specially if you followed the website settings to over extrude and big layer hight. Need to print fast and at higher temperature. (It's cooling to fast)
