hello i need some help please. i build my first prusa i3 and im tring to print, the Extruder touch the bed so nothing works.
im using the "repetier host" and the "Cure" softwears. how can i make it be a bit higher by the softwear?

That is what the Z endstop is for and should be adjusted so it's around 0.1mm above the bed (about the thickness of a sheet of copy paper).

yes, disable steppers
then hand raise the nozzle using the lead screws,
measuring that its even on both sides, and paper thickness away from the bed
then raise the end-stop so it just clicks, or it may light up if you are using a mech V1.2 end-stop.
then on your software, home Z axis and it will rise, and it will lower to the end-stop location,
measure with paper again and make sure it is even on BOTH sides.
if it is uneven on the opposite side to the end-stop, disable steppers, or unplug the stepper, than lower just that side until at the right height, then plug back in
home Z-axis again and measure.
