Problem making Prusa i3 sensing content on sdcard

Hi. im new to 3d printig. and i have a Prusa i3 and cant get it to read the content on my sdcard. and wonder if someone could point me to the right direction how to do this. what filesystem should i use and what fileformat can i read?

The SD card must be formatted with the FAT32 file system.

*.gc,*.gcd,*.gcode - Normally ASCII GCode files.

hmm... it must be something wrong..
Get "SD Card Inserted" but when i go in to the menu. it says " No SD Card" or something like that.

hmf...
