Dual extruder issue

Hi every one
I've got my new 3D printer and it have two extruder, it's "WanHao" 3D printer and I'm using ReplicatorG program to create the G-code.
my question:
How I can make each extruder print a different material, my issue that I want the first extruder to print the main body and the second extruder to print the supporting materiel, and it's going to be different from the materiel that I will use in the main body.

So what do you thing I can do to solve this problem.

Switch to Slic3r and you can set it to use a second extruder for support material.
