When I had warping issues with ABS on large parts, I followed some advice on another thread here and changed my bed settings to 115c for the first layer and 85c for the rest, along with switching to glue stick from hairspray. Seemed to solve the warping issues and the parts don't pop off the bed until it is completely cooled. I originally used 115/110 for the bed settings.
I think the reason it probably works is because warping is caused by the temperature difference between the hotter layer on the bed and the cooler layers above. By using a hot temperature for the first layer to increase adhesion, cooling after that reduces the temp difference between the later layers and the first couple layers.
