Stepper Motors Moving in Both Directions Simultaneously

I have been struggling with this issue for the past week and I could really use some help. Check out the YouTube video to get a better understanding of what I am talking about.

The stepper motors are moving back and forth when I move them in pronterface. I have tried the following to get them to work.

- Verified that all the wires are connected in the proper positions on the RAMPS board
- Changed the voltages on the Pololu drivers to be .4, also tried .2
- Tried Marlin and Sprinter
- Tried various values for STEP_PER_UNIT (using Josef Prusa Calculator) and the acceleration speed
- Verified that the power supply is wired correctly

I am out of ideas and I am not sure what to check next.

Here are some pictures of the RAMPS 1.4 board. The Stepper motors are Wantai 42BYGHW609-7

The X, Y, and Z motors are all acting the same way.

The wiring is incorrect on the harness/plug. I copied this from the stepper wiring page of reprap wiki "make sure each pair of wires for a coil are together on one side of the plug (or the other side for the other coil), and plug it in". Looking at the specs on the Wantai 42BYGHW609-7, black/green are coil "A" and red/blue are coil "B". Hope this helps!!

Unfortunately it did not work. The motor sounds different now (if that means anything), it has a deeper tone to it.

On the Wantai's, the order is (starting from the fuse end) , Red, Blue, Green, Black.
