Computer can't find printer

Hello,
I've been trying to fix multiple problems with my printer for a while now, and a few days ago I went to continue working, but it wouldn't show on the computer. In the ports menu, it doesn't show up, even when plugged in. All wiring should be fine, as I have checked it multiple times after unplugging and re-plugging wires to organize them. I have a RepRap Prusa i3. Anybody know what might be causing this issue?

You could try going to Device manager while the printer is powered and plugged in. Look for "Ports(COM & LPT)", right click and sellect "Scan for hardware changes". Might work for you.

I tried this, and it still doesn't show up. Thanks for the suggestion though!

You didn't say what electronics you have.
