Printer does nothing

Have built my OneUp and trying to get it to run.

Lights on printerboard and power supply are on.

Using Repetier- Host software.

Loaded a test stl file and ran it through Slic3r.

Connected (green) and running.

At bottom of Repetier-Host, It says "connected default Extruder: 0.00 C/Off Printing

Nothing is happening and hot end is not getting warm.

What do I do next?

Thanks

Going to need way more information than that...

Did you load a firmware? Did you check baudrate? Did you plug printer into power? Did you try talking to QUBD about it?

Firm ware is supposed to already be loaded.

Baud rate is default and what others are using.

Lights on power supply and printer board are lighted. Green.

Have not talked to QUBD.

Are you able to move the axes using Repetier Host? Maybe post a screen shot of the host program so we don't play 20 questions to narrow down the issue.

Cannot move axes in manual mode.

Checked Thermister resistance. It is 111K ohms.

Have some screen shots but donot know how to include them.

Try looking at the screen shots in this Dropbox folder.

The command waiting status means it is not connected, either the baud rate is wrong or you have the wrong port selected.

Have you asked QU-BD ? They designed and sold it, they should be able to help.

Most of my technical comments should be correct, but is THIS one ?
Anyway, as a rule of thumb, always double check what people write.

Happy to let you all know that I found the problem. It was a bad USB cable.

Thanks everyone for your efforts in trying to help me get my printer going.

Now the fun of getting all settings just right, correcting some of the build problems and finally making some parts.

I was one who was upset with the delivery issues (Paula) but I have to say that QU-BD made an honest effort to help me get my printer running. Their response was quick.

I have the same problem. I am using Melzi. The board continue flashing red light but my supplier said is normal. I can also connect with Repetier and printing status said `printing`. No movement at all. I labelled my top motors Y and the bottom motor X while the side one Z. Any help?
