my printer wont let me connect to it and i cant upload new firmware to it also if i look on the control panel in the computer it says the ardinino board is installed and working but it wont let me connect

Have you got the matching com port set in Pronterface? I would also set baud to 115200.

yes i do but i cant change the baud cause i cant download new software to it eithrer
