what infill?

I have had issues with low infill % and getting good solid tops. Basically, do you see any filament dripping down into the void?

Try printing with 20-25% infill to see if it goes away. Also have you done bridging calibration yet?

The other perimeters look really nice/smooth.

What solved my problems with those is increased perimeter numbers and more solid top layers.

I set solid top/bottom layers = 5.
and vertical shell minimum = 3, infill = 20%.
Yes, the other perimeters are good.

maybe I have to set more solid top layers.

I set mine to 5 perim's and 7 top layers, for comparison.

I find first spraying with primer is a nice way to smooth things out.

you could try a bit lower temp or a fan on part to stop melting thru model.

but if you are talking about the rings on top where the model has a slight angle then lower layer height will help but not eliminate all of it.

primer and sanding will work or use abs and vapor smooth it. i dont know for sure but you limonene may work for pla.

I set top & bottom fill = 6.
vertical shell = 4.
Everything ok, except top & bottom & small point (the ears in picture ).
It still have a gaps .

That actually kind of looks like under extrusion now. Something that can hide in a more vertical, flat wall; but shows up tops and bottoms and thin parts.
