I am calibrating my Prusa i3 (3dprinterczar kit) and having problems. While all the axes are moving well, when I click on homing in x, y or z (in Repetier -latest) the machine is not homing at all. None of the axes are moving. Can somebody advice what I am doing wrong?

Try downloading printrun and see if you have the same problem. If that still doesn't work make sure your endstops are functional and plugged in tightly, and that last thing to try is to re-upload the firmware with known working firmware.
